About LIBUO
Long Island's Standard For Umpiring
LIBUO was formed by working umpires who wanted better training, better assignments and a stronger community for officials across Long Island.

Our mission
Develop Umpires. Protect The Game.
We recruit, train and support umpires so that every game on Long Island — from youth ball to varsity — is worked by someone who knows the rules and carries themselves like a professional.
The organization runs new umpire classes each winter, ongoing rules and mechanics training through the season, and a resource library that members can reach from their phone at the field.
